To ensure the precise assembly of [printing press frame ](https://www.zp-flexopress.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/post/printing-press-components-and-parts.md)sidewalls, each assembly team is equipped with a high-precision granite surface plate. One of the key advantages of granite is its excellent dimensional stability across a wide range of temperatures, along with superior surface flatness and accuracy.

For [printing unit](https://www.zp-flexopress.com/flexible-packaging-printing-machines/) assembly, we also use granite worktops instead of the traditional cast-iron tables used in the past. By controlling precision from the very beginning of the assembly process, we are able to establish a more reliable foundation for the overall accuracy and performance of the printing press.
