A distributor from Egypt customized a **600 mm wide aluminum foil printing machine** for one of his customers. Compared with the 320 mm machine previously used by the customer, the new machine has effectively doubled the [printing efficiency](https://www.zp-flexopress.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/post/stack-type-flexo-printing-efficiency-quality.md).

When the machine width exceeds 400 mm, however, the requirements for machining and assembly accuracy become significantly higher. During material feeding and printing, even small deviations may cause the aluminum foil to wrinkle. Once the material is damaged, the problem is irreversible, making it difficult to ensure a stable finished-product yield.

Our buyer is a highly technically experienced local [distributor](https://www.zp-flexopress.com/flexo-press-distributor/). As the purchaser, he raised many detailed technical requirements for the machine. At the same time, he also acted as a technical guarantor for his customer. Our technical team took this trust seriously.

After several rounds of technical discussions, we finally decided not to use the structure of a conventional [label printing machine](https://www.zp-flexopress.com/product/flexo-label-printing-machine/). Instead, we adopted the structure of our **wide-web [flexible packaging printing machine](https://www.zp-flexopress.com/flexible-packaging-printing-machines/)**, based on a machine design that had previously been applied to battery-material printing.

The customized solution differs not only in the electrical control system. Even every aluminum roller used in the machine was specially designed and customized according to the project requirements.
