Introduction and Description
Uses ceramic anilox rollers for ink transfer.
Unwinding and rewinding are controlled by magnetic powder brakes and clutches (or optionally equipped with a Japanese Mitsubishi automatic tension controller).
Each printing unit features 360-degree circumferential registration adjustment.
Each printing unit is equipped with an infrared drying system.
Ink rollers automatically disengage and rotate at low speed when the machine stops to prevent the ink from drying and hardening.
The main motor utilizes an imported variable-frequency drive for stepless speed regulation.
Completes the entire process—from unwinding and printing to varnishing, automatic infrared drying, laminating, and rewinding—in a single pass.
