Introduction and Description
It utilizes a ceramic anilox roller for ink transfer; when the machine stops, the ink roller automatically disengages and rotates at low speed to prevent the water-based ink from drying and hardening.
Unwinding and rewinding are controlled by magnetic particle brakes and clutches, respectively.
Each printing unit is equipped with a UV drying system, and the main motor features an imported variable-frequency drive for stepless speed regulation. The entire process—from unwinding the roll material through printing, varnishing, automatic drying, lamination, and die-cutting to final sheeting or rewinding—is completed in a single pass.
